From 1917, the firm has operated under the name of Bates Wells & Braithwaite. At one time the firm had offices in London, Sudbury as well as Ipswich but like many similar partnerships the practices diversified and as of 2007, have operated completely separately. The three offices continue to provide a wide range of legal services, albeit each is now a separate legal firm in its own right, with its own unique focus and client base.
Bates Wells & Braithwaite in Ipswich celebrated its 50th birthday in 2012 and we are very proud to have offered five decades of service to individuals, families, trades unions and businesses, in the Ipswich area and beyond.
