Natasha joined the Bates Wells & Braithwaite team at the end of 2022 from another regional firm. She has strengthened our Property & Conveyancing Law offering, having developed expertise in all areas relating to residential conveyancing as well as Estate Management and Property Compliance.
Natasha has more than 20 years of experience as a solicitor and, prior to joining our property team, worked with other firms in Suffolk and Essex, including as a partner. Natasha has considerable expertise in the following legal areas:
- Residential Property
- Buying and selling property
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Large value transactions
- Complex transactions
Natasha’s knowledgeable but adaptable and calm approach enhances our property team’s services, assisting the smooth running of the department, at a time when the market has been at its height.
Education
Natasha has a degree in Earth Science and a Masters in Parapsychology. Natasha qualified as a solicitor more than 20 years ago, having gained a Graduate Diploma in Law. Natasha practices Reiki and is also a certified Community Mediator.
