Zoe Southgate joins to take the lead on wills, trusts and probate
We have recently welcomed Zoe Southgate to the firm to head up our Private Client team.
Zoe is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She has over 20 years’ experience in providing advice and assistance with wills, probate, inheritance tax planning, administering estates, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
Zoe began her career as a legal secretary in litigation and rapidly progressed through the CILEx exams to become a qualified lawyer in 2010. She is an Associate Member of Solicitors for the Elderly and also a Dementia Friend, specialising in mental capacity issues and care home fees.
