Deanne joined Bates Wells & Braithwaite, Ipswich in November 2019 as a Legal Secretary in the Personal injury team. She was promoted to Practice Manager in August 2022.
As Practice Manager, Deanne uses her strong organisational and management skills from a varied background in executive roles, to assist the partners in the day to day running of the firm. In particular she takes the lead in all aspects of staff recruitment, from writing adverts to onboarding new starters.
On joining Bates Wells & Braithwaite, Deanne brought with her over twenty years of administrative and PA experience in the NHS, the Fire Service and the paper industry.
